Questions people ask

IMAP or POP3?

Choose IMAP if you use more than one device. It keeps everything in sync. POP3 downloads mail to one device.

What are the server settings?

Incoming and outgoing server: mail.yourdomain.com. IMAP port 993, POP3 port 995, SMTP port 465 (SSL) or 587 (TLS). Username is the full email address.

My phone says the password is wrong.

Check you used the full email address as the username and that the mailbox password is correct. Reset it in cPanel Email Accounts if unsure.

Mail only reaches this server after your domain's MX records point to it. See the nameserver guide.
