Who is Website Maintenance for?
Businesses with 1 or more websites on any platform that need more than basic care: real support hours every month and a reply-time promise.
What counts as a support hour?
Time an engineer spends on your request: fixing something that broke, a small change, finding out why a site is slow, or answering a question. The routine work in every plan (backups, monitoring, updates, the monthly report) does not use your hours.
What are the reply times?
Essential is best effort. Professional gets a reply within 1 business day. Premium gets a reply the same business day. Professional and Premium include priority support.
Which platforms do you support?
Any platform. Tell us what you run when you sign up and we will confirm how we cover it.
Do I need to host with akthost?
No. We can look after your sites on your current host. If you want, we can host them too and move your sites for free.
How long does a move take?
It depends on the size of your site. Small sites are usually moved within hours or less. Larger sites take 1 day to a couple of days. Moving a domain name takes a few days because of the registrar.
Can I cancel?
Plans are monthly. You can cancel any time.
What if I use up my support hours?
You can buy extra hours, or wait for next month's hours. If something is urgent, we can still help right away as a paid extra.
I only have one WordPress site.
WordPress Care is simpler and cheaper for one WordPress site.
