No. We can look after your WordPress site on your current host. If you want, we can host it too and move your site for free.
My site is already hacked. Can you help?
Yes. A one-time Malware Cleanup is $149 for one WordPress site: we clean it, close the hole, update it and send you a report. It is free on Care Plus. Badly infected sites may need a quote.
I just need a one-time update. Is that possible?
Yes. WordPress Check and Update is a one-time $49 for one WordPress site: we take a backup, update WordPress, plugins and themes, check for unknown admin users and bad files, and send you a short report.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time. Plans are for one website.
What if I need more than 1 hour of fixes?
You can buy extra hours, or wait for next month's hour. If something is urgent, we can still help right away as a paid extra.
How long does a move to akthost hosting take?
It depends on the size of your site. Small sites are usually moved within hours or less. Larger sites take 1 day to a couple of days. Moving a domain name takes a few days because of the registrar.
