Questions
What is BYOK, and why does it matter?
You bring your own OpenAI/Anthropic API key. We vault it server-side and run the gateway — we never see or mark up your token spend, unlike wrapper services that take a cut of every call.
Do I need to already have an AI agent built?
No. If you have one, we host and run it. If you don't yet, use the custom AI-build request below and we'll scope building it with you.
Is my agent isolated from other customers?
Agentic Starter/Pro run on capacity we manage with per-tenant isolation; Agentic Managed gets a fully dedicated infra tier. We do not run paying customers' agents on the same shared boxes as our own marketing sites — that's a hard internal rule.
Does checkout mean instant auto-deploy?
No, and deliberately so. Agentic Starter and Pro have real checkout, but your order lands as pending, not live — we manually onboard every account (scope your BYOK integration, stand up your isolated environment) before anything goes live. Getting isolation, key vaulting, and cost caps right deserves a real conversation, not a fully automated deploy onto shared infra. Agentic Managed skips checkout entirely — send a request and we'll scope it with you directly.
