Tier 1 and Tier 2 monthly prices are real and billed as shown (Tier 2 annual is indicative). Tier 2 orders are provisioned by our team during soft launch - not an instant automated deploy. Tier 3 is always a custom quote. No "unlimited" claims anywhere - beyond your included allowance is metered, never a surprise bill.

What's the difference between T1, T2, and T3?
T1 (AI-Ready cPanel Hosting) is a website plan with AI tools added - you're hosting a site. T2 (Managed AI Platform / AKT Agent Cloud) is a runtime for your OWN AI agent, worker, or API - you're running code, not a website. T3 (Enterprise & Custom) is a bespoke setup for whatever T1/T2 don't already cover - dedicated infra, compliance, custom SLA.
Can I buy Tier 2 (Managed AI Platform) today?
Yes. Agent Starter ($19), Agent Business ($49), and Agent Pro ($99) are live and orderable now - see them on the Managed AI Platform page and order online. During our soft launch, fulfillment is manual: after checkout your order lands with our team, a real person provisions your isolated runtime and confirms by email. It is genuine self-serve ordering, not an instant automated deploy-on-purchase - we are not going to claim a "Deploy now" button that fires instantly when it doesn't.
Is my workload isolated from other customers?
Tier 1 runs on a shared cPanel account (CloudLinux LVE) - the same isolation model as standard shared hosting. Tier 2 runs your workload in a hardened container: non-root, read-only filesystem, every Linux capability dropped, and hard CPU/memory/process caps, with no shared kernel access to other tenants' processes. Tier 3 gets a dedicated, private infra tier on top of that. We never run paying customers' workloads on the same boxes as our own marketing sites.
What happened to the old "AI-Agentic App Hosting" plans?
That offering is superseded by Tier 2 (Managed AI Platform / AKT Agent Cloud) above - same idea, clearer tier structure, and it's now part of one comparison instead of a standalone page. If you already hold an Agentic Starter or Agentic Pro subscription, it continues to be fulfilled as normal; nothing about your existing service changes because this page changed.
